1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Captain Hook's Jingle Factory ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services.
If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.
2. Services Provided
Captain Hook's Jingle Factory provides audio production services including but not limited to:
- • Custom jingle composition and production
- • Radio and television commercial audio
- • Podcast intros and outros
- • Theme songs and musical compositions
- • Film scoring and soundtrack production
- • Sonic branding and audio identity services
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- • 50% deposit required to begin work on any project
- • Final payment due upon completion and delivery of final audio files
- • Payment methods accepted: Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer
- • Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in project agreements
- • Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined in Section 7
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, clients receive:
- • Exclusive commercial usage rights to the commissioned audio
- • Rights to use the audio for the agreed-upon purposes
- • High-quality master files in agreed formats
Captain Hook's Jingle Factory retains the right to use completed works in our portfolio and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Project Timeline & Delivery
- • Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity
- • Rush orders available for additional fees
- • Delivery delays due to client feedback or revision requests may extend timelines
- • Final delivery includes agreed-upon file formats and quality standards
- • Client approval required for project completion
6. Revisions & Changes
- • Initial projects include up to 3 rounds of reasonable revisions
- • Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges
- • Major changes to project scope require new agreement and pricing
- • Revision requests must be provided in written form
- • Final approval constitutes project completion
7. Refund Policy
- • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- • Cancellations before work begins: full refund minus processing fees
- • Partial refunds may be considered for undelivered portions of multi-part projects
- • Quality disputes must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- • Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Captain Hook's Jingle Factory
8. Limitation of Liability
Captain Hook's Jingle Factory's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
